Our People Finder allows you to search for addresses and phone numbers of residents of Bangladesh. To perform a search, you must enter the person’s name or profession and chose a city/district. |

Enter first name, middle name or last name. e.g., to look for “Abdul Mahin Khan”, you can enter “Abdul” or “Mahin” or “Khan” or “Abdul Mahin Khan” or “Abdul Mahin”. Please note that you must enter a full word and not part of a word, so, “abd” will not work, but “abdul” will. |

Since there can be many people with the same name in the same city, choosing the profession allows you to limit your search results to ones that are relevant to you. You could also search for professionals from a particular field in a certain city, e.g., doctors in Barisal. |

If you know the address, you can narrow down your search results by typing it here. You could enter partial address also, e.g., Lalmatia (just the location name). |

| If No Matching Listings are Found |
- The search may be too narrow. Try a wider search by entering less information, like only a name (first/middle/last) and state.
- You may have mis-spelled the name.
- The person may not be enlisted in our directory.

If there is only 1 matching result, you will be taken directly to the result details page. If there is more than 1 matching result, the search results page will display all the listings matching your search criteria.
- Twenty listings are displayed at a time. To see more listings, click on the page numbers available in the top right corner of the page.
- There is also a “Jump to” feature on the top of the results page which allows you to skip to results that start with a particular alphabet. For example, if you search for “Khan” in Dhaka, and you know that the person’s first name starts with “U”, you could click on “U” to jump to the search results page that shows people in Dhaka whose name contains a “Khan” and whose first name starts with “U”.

| The result details page displays the profession (where available), phone number, email address and address of individuals. |

| How to use the Navigation History |
The navigation history near the top of most pages shows you where you are in relation to the home page. You can go directly to any links listed in the navigation history by clicking on the name of the page.
Use the navigation history to:
- Start a new search
- To go back to the search results page (from a result details page) that displayed all the matching listings

| How to remove your Listing |
| You can remove your contact information from our directory service by sending an email to portal@bracnet.net. Please include your full name, profession, company name in the email. If need be, we will contact you to verify your decision before taking any action. Please allow 3-5 business days for the change to be completed. |
